1 What makes T.J Graysports unique?
T.J. Graysports offers the most creative, affordable, and quality men’s and women’s sportswear and sports accessories you can buy online.
2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You can choose your payment method at the checkout page and select your option.
3 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders will be entitled to free shipping. This will automatically apply at checkout. All orders will be shipped by the appropriate mail service.
4 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Delivery will be in 14 to 28 business days after processing depending on customs clearance, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders will be shipped via (International shipping company's) with tracking.
5 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

6 How do I change my shipping address?
Go to your My Account information and edit your desired shipping address. Change in shipping address must be done before entering your order.
7 Do you provide tracking information?
All flat rate shipping includes a tracking number on most purchases. If your confirmation is missing a tracking number, your order did not qualify as a package and cannot be tracked.
8 If my orders do not arrive, what happens?
While we make sure all of our orders are delivered, you may contact us at (phone number) in case your purchased item does not arrive. We will process a refund or replacement for undelivered items.
